How to Pause Your Yippee Subscription | Can I pause a Yippee subscription?

Yes! If you have a monthly subscription purchased directly from our website, you can pause it for 1, 2, or 3 months at a time.

What happens when I pause?

• You’ll keep access to all shows until your next billing date.

• At that billing date, your pause will begin. You won’t be charged and you won’t have access to content during the pause period.

• At the end of the pause, your subscription will automatically resume, and you’ll be charged for the next billing cycle.

Example: If today is the 15th and your billing date is the 30th, your pause won’t begin today, it will start on the 30th.

How to pause your subscription:

1. Log into your Yippee account.

2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription.

3. In the Billing and Subscription section, click Manage Subscription again.

4. Choose the Pause option and select how many months you'd like to pause.

Other important notes:

• Annual subscriptions can’t be paused.

• Your subscription will automatically resume after 3 months (or whatever amount of time you paused for.

• App store subscriptions (like Apple or Google Play) must be managed through those platforms and cannot be paused through Yippee directly.

• If you used a promo code, you won’t lose the remaining benefit. Pause months do not count against promo duration, since promo codes only expire upon renewal.

• You can unpause anytime before the scheduled resume date. If you do, you’ll be charged immediately, and a new billing cycle will begin from that date.

• You will receive an email when you pause your subscription. Look for one like image below:
• IMPORTANT: You won't receive an email reminder before your subscription unpauses. This is a limitation of our software. Please consider setting a calendar reminder for yourself.
